Kibble helps you record dog care activity, profile details, routines, journal entries, and related records. This policy explains what information the app may collect, how it is used, and what choices you have.
Information you provide
The app may collect information you choose to enter, including:
- Account information, such as email address and authentication details.
- Dog profile information, such as name, breed, birthday, weight, avatar, and vet details.
- Care history, journal entries, quick logs, routines, reminders, notes, photos, and PDF records.
- Subscription or entitlement status needed to provide paid features.
Information stored on your device
Kibble may store app data and cached content in browser storage or IndexedDB so the app can load faster and continue to show recent care history when connectivity is limited.
Cloud services
When account sync or cloud-backed features are enabled, Kibble may send the information you save to hosted services used to operate the app, including authentication, database, storage, and entitlement services. These providers process data only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.
How information is used
Information is used to:
- Provide Kibble features and preserve your care history.
- Authenticate accounts and protect app access.
- Sync data across sessions or devices when cloud features are enabled.
- Manage paid feature access and subscription state.
- Respond to support requests and diagnose technical issues.
Sharing
Kibble does not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that operate the app, when required by law, or when necessary to protect the app, users, or others from fraud, abuse, or security threats.
Your choices
You can choose what information to enter in the app. You may delete content from the app where deletion controls are available. The app provides account deletion controls in the account details area. If you need a copy of your data, contact support before deleting your account. Children
Kibble is not intended for children under 13, and the app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. When changes are made, the effective date above will be updated.
