Agreement
These terms govern your access to and use of Kibble. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Dog care records only
Kibble is an organization tool for care notes, routines, records, and reminders. It is not veterinary, medical, emergency, legal, financial, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for medical questions or urgent pet care needs.
Your account and content
You are responsible for the information you add to Kibble and for keeping your account credentials secure. You may use the app only for lawful purposes and must not upload content that you do not have the right to store or share.
Subscriptions and paid features
Some features may require a paid subscription or entitlement. Subscription availability, pricing, renewal, cancellation, refund, and billing details may be handled by the app store or payment provider used at purchase. Paid access may change if a subscription expires, is canceled, or cannot be verified.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Interfere with, disrupt, or abuse the app or its services.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, entitlement checks, rate limits, or security controls.
- Use the app to store unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.
- Reverse engineer or copy the app except where allowed by law.
Availability and changes
Kibble may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. The app may be unavailable because of maintenance, network issues, provider outages, or events outside the operator's control.
Disclaimers
Kibble is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the app operator disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the app operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or other losses related to use of Kibble.
Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated if you violate these terms, create risk for the app or others, or use the app in a way that is unlawful or abusive.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how Kibble handles information. By using the app, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
